In a bowl:
1/2 cup of egg whites (3 large eggs)
1 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
3 TBSP arrowroot (or tapioca, potato starch)
2 1/4 cup sugar (I used coconut sugar)
Put on a cookie sheet. They will expand quite a bit.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
