Nourishing Cheesy Pasta

This recipe is so easy and delicious. It could also be the thing that saves you from a life of Kraft dinner. It’s that convenient, and not that harmful. Actually, it’s nutrient dense. Especially if you’re using homemade bone broth, grass-fed cheeses and butters.
You can use any pasta. I like the texture of quinoa and rice pastas. It can also be made with cauliflower or broccoli, just use less broth.

Basic Cheesy Pasta:

Time required: approx 15 minutes.

2 cups pasta (or veggies)
3 1/2 cups of broth (I prefer chicken, vegetable broth works good too)
2 cups of grated cheese
2 TBSP butter
1-3 spoons nutritional yeast (optional)

1. Boil the pasta in broth. Different pastas will take on different amounts of liquid. You may need to add more broth or strain some out. This recipe is perfect with quinoa pasta.
2. Once pasta is tender, turn off burner add cheese and butter. Stir until melted.
3. Now you can add in nutritional yeast, kefir or anything else you want.
4. Eat with delight.

Variations: there’s so much you can do with this. Try adding grass-fed ground beef with peas and tomatoes. Mmm.
What about garlic? Sautéed onions?
Bell peppers?
Please let me know what you come up with!
