Easy Probiotic Apple Sauce

Ingredients:

-Apple Sauce, 4 cups or so. You can use homemade or store bought.
-2 TBSP of whey, kefir or yogurt. (WHEY IS BEST FOR THIS)
-cinnamon (optional)

Method:

Put all ingredients in a mason jar and leave on counter 1-3 days. Transfer to fridge. Things ferment Faster in the summer. If you leave it out too long, it Would make a good drink for mom (goes Alcoholic).
